1. Stage for the camera, not the room
A lens sees a space differently than your eye does. Furniture arranged for everyday living can look crowded on camera, while a slightly pared-back arrangement reads as open and bright. Take a few test shots of each room and look at them on a screen. Clutter, stains, and bulky pieces that you stop noticing in person tend to jump out in a photo. 2. Do a deep clean first

3. Give empty rooms something to say

4. Minimize, without emptying
