Pricing is based on the service type and the size of the property. Most shoots can be booked in a few minutes online.

Policies & Important Information
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Before the day of the appointment: Free to reschedule or cancel
- On the day of the appointment: $100 to cancel or $50 to reschedule
- Weather-related rescheduling: No charge, we'll reach out if needed
- No-shows or access failures: Treated as day-of reschedule, or day-of cancellation if not rescheduled.
Hosting & Licensing
- Matterport hosting: Free for one year. $50 per year thereafter.
- Image hosting: Images remain hosted indefinitely but may deactivate after 90 days of inactivity.
- License: Standard License for listing marketing use (non-exclusive). Broader, exclusive, and full-ownership options available.
Travel Fees
Additional travel costs may apply for projects in areas outside our primary service markets. These fees reimburse our photographers for extended travel time and costs.
